Currently I’m employed as a User Experience (UX) Designer at Everything Everywhere Ltd, the merged entity that brought together T-Mobile UK and Orange UK. This involves:
- Web design and graphic design (using Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, Media Encoder and Dreamweaver)
- App design for Android and iOS
- Wireframing for web and mobile interfaces (using Adobe InDesign, Omnigraffle, Axure)
- Card-sorting (user-testing for tasks like navigation logic)
- User experience governance
- Presentation construction and delivery (using Adobe InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Project management
- People management
- Effective time management and multiple task prioritisation
- Detailed knowledge of XHTML and CSS
- Knowledge of Apache, MySQL server and Microsoft SQL server capabilities
- Knowledge of programming/development practices and their effects on design
